Regenerative Medicine is a concept of medical care to treat various conditions, especially chronic degenerative ones. Represented especially by the application of Mesenchymal Stem Cells obtained from human sources, particularly from the placenta, umbilical cord and Wharton's gelatin.

All cells in the body have specific purposes, but Stem Cells are cells that do not yet have a certain role and can become almost any cell required, replacing cells that are getting sick. Stem Cells maintain cell balance, replace cells that become ill or dying and, under pathological conditions, it have the potential to regenerate damaged tissue.
